Information you give us.
The forms collect your work email and any name, company, product-page URL, message and scope choices you provide. We record your processing acknowledgment and technical information used to protect the form from abuse.
We use these details to respond, review the proposed job and keep a record of the request. We do not add you to marketing emails.
Name autofill.
After you enter an email and leave the field, your browser may send a SHA-256 hash of that email to Gravatar to find a public profile name. Gravatar also receives connection information such as your IP address. The lookup sends no cookies or raw email address, and a hash is not anonymous. You can change or remove the suggested name. We keep the lookup result only in the form until you submit it; the submitted name then becomes part of your inquiry. See Automattic’s privacy policy.
Booking a demo
When you open the booking calendar, your browser connects to HubSpot. HubSpot receives connection information, such as your IP address, and the details you enter to arrange your meeting with SalesChef. We load the calendar only when you choose to open it. You can use our request form instead.
How a request is handled
Requests are stored through Supabase and notifications are sent to the SalesChef team through Resend. Where the HubSpot form connection is configured, inquiry details and available campaign attribution are also sent to HubSpot.
Use public links and do not put confidential information into these forms. We can agree a suitable transfer method and processing terms for a commercial engagement separately.
Website analytics
The website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot and Albacross to understand page use and inquiries, and to identify the organization behind a visit from its network address. These tools set cookies in your browser. You can block or clear them in your browser settings.
The forms also use short-lived browser storage to record where an inquiry began.

Contact hello@saleschef.ai to ask about information you have supplied, request a correction or request deletion of an inquiry. You can contact hello@saleschef.ai instead of using a form.
